Systemic coaching is about working with what’s really going on—beneath the surface, but still rooted in the present. We look at your patterns, your roles, your habits. How things repeat. Where things get stuck. And what wants to shift.
I’m not here to give advice. I won’t tell you what to do. I’m not a therapist or a consultant. I’m a coach.
That means I trust your inner wisdom. I believe you already carry the answers—you just need the right space, the right questions, and the right tools to uncover them.
Systemic coaching gives you all of that. So you can move forward—with more clarity, more ease, and a deeper sense of what actually fits you.
Movement & Meditation
Your head has a body attached for a reason. Let’s use it.
In coaching, we don’t just think our way forward—we move, pause, and pay attention to what the body knows. Mind, body, and soul are connected. They hold patterns together—and help each other shift.
That’s why movement and meditation are part of my approach. Not to make you dance under the moon or “ommm” until you drop (unless that’s what you want)—but to explore how you relate to stillness, motion, tension, and rest.
We look at your pace, your posture, your patterns. We build in space to pause, to breathe, to listen. Because lasting change shows up not just in your thoughts—but in how you move through life.
Nutrition
How you eat is how you care for yourself. Make it count.
Nutrition is part of your patterns—just like thoughts, movement, and relationships. It’s not just what’s on your plate, but how and why you eat.
As a certified nutritionist, I won’t give you a strict plan or tell you what to cut out. That rarely leads to lasting change. Instead, we look at your habits with food. What supports you? What doesn’t?
You’ll learn to make choices that serve your body—not from rules, but from understanding. So you can eat in a way that feels natural, balanced, and truly nourishing.
Because how you feed yourself is a form of self-leadership. And it matters.
Trauma-Informed Coaching

Gentle, grounded, and safe—always. My work is trauma-informed. That means I meet you with care, not pressure. We go at your pace, not mine. I won’t push, dig, or ask you to go somewhere you’re not ready to go. Together, we create a space that feels safe enough for real change—rooted in choice, respect, and a deep trust in your inner wisdom.

Hi, I’m Lena
a certified coach, nutritionist, business psychologist, and soon-to-be yoga and meditation teacher. For over 15 years, I worked in marketing and leadership, so I know what it means to navigate pressure, ambition, identity, and change—from the inside. Now, I help people reconnect with themselves in a more honest, sustainable way.
My approach is trauma-informed, science-rooted, and a little bit omm. I believe everything is connected—body, mind, and soul—and when one thing shifts, other things follow. That’s why we don’t just treat the symptom. We look at the system.
Movement creates motion. Stillness brings clarity. Food is medicine (without the diet drama). And you? You already have the answers. I’m here to help you find them. You’re the expert in your life.
I’m your guide, your mirror, your gentle interrupter of unhelpful patterns — and always, always on your side.
I won’t coach you to be someone else. I’ll support you in becoming more you—clearer, steadier, softer, stronger, healthier.
